STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY What is Covered and For How Long? Putterman Athletics warrants the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a the period commencing upon the date of purchase and continuing for the following specified period of time after that date: TENNIS NETS PRO #: 1301, 1351, 2351 3 YEARS PRO #: 1302, 1352, 2352 5 YEARS PRO #: 1223, 12230, 12242, 13342, 1300 2 YEARS Our warranty does not cover material which has been damaged due to misuse, vandalism, or any damaged caused by storage or transit. If the defective material is returned freight prepaid to us in less than the warranty time listed above from the date of purchase, Putterman Athletics will, at its option, either (a) repair at no additional cost or (b) exchange the used product for new material at a “Pro-Rated Price” (described below). PRO-Rated Formula: Divide the current purchasing price by number of warranty months and multiply by the number of months since the date of purchases. Deduct that amount from the original purchasing price.
