Our warranty does not cover material which has been damaged due to misuse, vandalism, or any damaged caused by storage or transit. If the defective material is returned freight prepaid to us in less than the warranty time listed above from the date of purchase, Putterman Athletics will, at its option, either (a) repair at no additional cost or (b) exchange the used product for new material at a “Pro-Rated Price” (described below). PRO-Rated Formula: Divide the current purchasing price by number of warranty months and multiply by the number of months since the date of purchases. Deduct that amount from the original purchasing price.
